Bicycle Jockey Wheel Adjustment
Adjust front and rear derailluer alignment tension and limit.

There will be a cupped washer facing inward on either side. You can use a little cleaning solvent if needed. This is one of the simplest parts of the process. Inspect the teeth on the jockey wheel.
The jockey or pulley wheels on your bike do the job of both moving the chain across the cassette as well as keeping the chain tensioned. Turning clockwise will increase the gap anti clockwise will close it. Remove these and then pull the bushing sleeve out from the center. The jockey wheel cage shouldn t be able to move further than a position directly below the largest sprocket.
With the bike in the highest gear the upper jockey wheel should run just clear of the cassette. Adjust chain tension single speed.
